Menstrual Cycle Support ‘Cycle Check-in’ group toolkit – for teens

Course Prerequisite(s)

About Course

This ‘Cycle Check-in’ group toolkit describes how to set up and facilitate a Menstrual Cycle Support group for participants of the teen course (age 13-18yrs) who have completed all four steps (45 mins) of the course for teens and have downloaded the certificate.

We believe in the power of peer support and social connection to improve health literacy and reduce health inequalities.

This toolkit has been created to enable safe social connection for teenagers and empower teaching and other staff and students to set up / facilitate a group in their setting.

This toolkit is not intended to teach the entire content of the course (we have further, more in-depth training on this) but to enable participants to discuss, practice and share what they have learned in a safe and supportive space specifically a ‘Cycle Check In’.
