The start of my period is Day 1 - what about the other days?
Every day of the menstrual cycle has its own energy and power. To understand that power, I first need to know what day I am.
Every day, let me say, today is my day. #todayismyday
We're launching our exciting social media campaign today.
We'll be encouraging you to use the hashtag #TodayIsMyDay every time you speak on social media about anything related to the menstrual cycle.
Let's empower each of us to see the menstrual cycle as a daily experience - not just limited to menstruation - and how tuning into the highs and lows of every day of the menstrual cycle supports us to live more harmoniously at work, school and at home.
We'll be posting our own 'cycle check ins' and creative ways of deepening the experience of tracking and charting the cycle using #TodayIsMyDay
Throughout the campaign, we will also share our What Day Am I menstrual cycle calculator
For further information and support on the menstrual cycle, people who menstruate can join our free clinically-backed menstrual cycle support course.
Healthcare professionals can confidently refer patients to our peer-reviewed course, available on social prescription (self-referral also available).
Employers and Team leaders can confidently signpost staff and colleagues to the free CPD accredited course, which is designed to ease menstrual suffering.
Our campaign and free course both tap into the 'Red School approach' to menstrual cycle awareness.
With thanks to our US-based social media agency partner Juniperus.
