Menstrual cycle support - for adults
Designed to manage and alleviate menstrual cycle pain and distress
We've worked with clinicians, researchers and menstrual health charities, as well as girls, women and others who menstruate themselves to create an easy-to-access online short course that enables participants to embrace every day of the menstrual cycle, regardless of period problems. The course for adults is CPD accredited and is available for free on social prescription or through partner workplaces.
Menstrual cycle support - for teens
Designed to help teenagers understand what's 'normal' and how and when to seek help
Our short, online course for teens (13-18 years), created in partnership with the menstrual health charity, Endometriosis UK, has been co-designed with teachers, paediatric healthcare professionals, researchers and teenagers themselves and is available in schools and GP surgeries across the country.
Menstrual health - for all
In creating these much-needed programmes, we hope to help speed up unacceptable diagnosis times, reduce lengthy waiting lists, improve GP appointments and, most importantly, ease menstrual symptoms - for the benefit of all.
A note on inclusivity
We are committed to continuously evolving our site to ensure universal access to menstrual cycle support.
