Parental Consent Form (for students under 13 yrs)

The Menstrual Cycle Support course for pre/teens & young people is suitable for those at secondary school under 13 yrs (recommended age: 11 years and 12 years).

The online course is classed as a ‘web application’ and, according to UK data law, Article 8, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a child under 13 cannot legally give their own consent to data processing (those 13 and over can enrol independently).

As a parent or legal guardian we therefore require your consent on your child’s behalf.

A verification email will be sent to the email address you provide, following which your child will be able to enrol themself.
