MCS listed as key resource on UK PMDD Research Agenda
Our free Menstrual Cycle Support course on social prescription has been listed as a key resource on the UK's PMDD Research Agenda, published by the University of the West of Scotland, written by Lynsay Matthews and Julie Riddell.
The report looks at meaningful ways of supporting people with PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder), which is a severe hormone-based mood disorder affecting 1 in 20 women.
Our Founder, Kate Shepherd Cohen has personal experience of PMDD and set up the Menstrual Cycle Support course on social prescription to help others who are seeking ways of better understanding and living well with every day of their cycle.
If you have PMDD, remember you are not alone - join our course to access our free online community. You can self-refer any time.
