In celebration of our successes at Menstrual Cycle Support this year and our one year anniversary (10/10/23), we have decided to give a % of our profits to causes that are close to our heart.
We recognise that the menstrual cycle is a container for highlighting our overall physical and emotional health and wellbeing.
We also recognise how poverty negatively affects physical and emotional health and wellbeing across the board, thereby adversely affecting the experience of the menstrual cycle and increasing menstrual suffering.
Although we're committed to serving all those with a menstrual cycle throughout the UK (and beyond), we recognise the strain that is currently on our local community in Cornwall, where our HQ is based, and want to help ease the suffering and feel it is the best place to begin.
We have today become members of the Cornwall Women's Fund and look forward to engaging with them and the organisations they support that tackle local poverty in the context of women and girls; tackle domestic violence; help support mental health services; and, address digital inequality.
